Once or twice daily, massage a thin, even layer onto the entire face, neck, and chest. If using in the morning, apply after a SkinCeuticals vitamin C antioxidant serum and before a SkinCeuticals sunscreen. If using with retinol at night, apply it after retinol application.

WHAT IS GLYCATION?

Glycation, a key factor of intrinsic aging, occurs when excess glucose molecules bind to structural proteins, such as collagen and elastin. This multi-phase process is accelerated by external aggressors, including UV and pollution, which cause oxidative stress. As glycation progresses, crosslinking occurs and forms a ladder-like structure, causing collagen and elastin to become rigid and brittle, and resulting in Advanced Glycation End-Products (A.G.E.).
